Please read these terms carefully before completing your reservation. By accepting this Agreement and confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms below.
This Agreement is between you, identified in the reservation as the “Client,” and AMERICA STARTUPS LLC, doing business as Strollerfy (“Strollerfy”), located at 7906 Kingspointe Parkway, Suite 115, Orlando, FL 32819, United States.
The equipment made available for rent remains the property of Strollerfy. The rental grants the Client temporary use of the equipment and does not constitute a purchase or transfer of ownership. The equipment is intended exclusively for personal use, in accordance with its intended purpose and the terms of this Agreement.
By accepting this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the provisions below.
Reservations & Payment of Rental Fees
The Client’s reservation details, including the equipment and accessories rented, rental period, delivery and pick-up locations, and itemized amounts, form part of this Agreement and are incorporated by reference.
Payment is due at the time of reservation, using one of the payment methods made available by Strollerfy during the booking process.
The Client authorizes Strollerfy to issue credits, process refunds, make adjustments, and apply additional charges to the payment method used for the reservation for services, fees, and other charges expressly provided for in this Agreement or subsequently requested and accepted by the Client. Additional charges will follow the terms and calculation criteria in the relevant sections of this Agreement, and the Client will be informed of the amount and reason for each charge.
Strollerfy will send a reservation confirmation by email within 24 hours. If the Client does not receive confirmation within that period, the Client must contact Strollerfy through the support channels listed on the website.
Equipment colors may differ from the images shown on the website.
Delivery, Possession & Use
Service area
Strollerfy provides delivery and pick-up in Orlando and the surrounding area, within its service area, limited to locations within 25 miles of Magic Kingdom. Availability for the address entered is automatically checked by the online reservation system, which restricts bookings to locations served.
The Client must provide accurate delivery and pick-up addresses. Acceptance of an address by the system does not authorize a subsequent change to a location outside the service area.
Delivery and pick-up locations and procedures
At the time of reservation, the Client must accurately provide the name and address of the hotel, resort, vacation home, or other location made available by Strollerfy for equipment delivery and pick-up.
Delivery and pick-up procedures may vary according to the property’s rules. The reservation confirmation and the instructions sent by Strollerfy will specify the location, scheduled time or service window, and whether the Client must be present.
When delivery or pick-up requires an in-person meeting, the Client must be available at the confirmed location and time. When delivery or pick-up at the front desk, bell services, or another designated point is authorized, the Client must follow the specific instructions provided by Strollerfy.
If the Client has questions, cannot locate the equipment, or cannot attend the meeting, the Client must immediately contact Strollerfy through the support channels listed on the website. Rescheduling is subject to operational availability and may result in the additional trip charges set out in this section when required because of the Client’s absence, an incorrect address, or failure to follow previously communicated instructions.
Disney-owned resorts
At Disney-owned resorts, equipment delivery and pick-up must take place in person between the Client and a Strollerfy representative, in accordance with the property’s rules. The Client must select an available time in the reservation system and be present at the meeting point specified by Strollerfy.
The Client must not leave equipment at the front desk, with bell services, or elsewhere as a substitute for the in-person meeting, unless expressly instructed by Strollerfy in a manner consistent with the property’s rules.
If the Client cannot attend, the Client must notify Strollerfy immediately. Rescheduling is subject to operational availability and may result in a US$ 35 second-attempt fee when another trip is necessary because of the Client’s absence.
Reservation changes
Requests to change the address, date, time, equipment, or delivery or pick-up procedure must be made at least 24 hours before the originally confirmed time for the affected service.
Requests submitted less than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability and confirmation by Strollerfy. A request alone does not change the reservation. Any price differences or additional costs will be disclosed for the Client’s acceptance before the change is confirmed.
Scheduling and exceptional conditions
Strollerfy will make reasonable efforts to meet confirmed times or service windows. A delay of up to 30 minutes after the confirmed time or the end of the service window is allowed for traffic, access restrictions, or other operational conditions. When Strollerfy identifies a delay exceeding that period, it will notify the Client and coordinate the appropriate arrangements.
Deliveries and pick-ups may be temporarily suspended or rescheduled when conditions compromise safety, including severe storms, hurricanes, tornado warnings, flooding, closures, or restrictions imposed by authorities or the property.
If the service cannot be performed, Strollerfy will advise the Client of the available alternatives. Any adjustments or refunds will be governed by the relevant section of this Agreement and applicable law.
Receipt and inspection
The Client must check the equipment and accessories upon receipt and before use, promptly reporting any discrepancy, visible damage, or difficulty with operation.
Strollerfy may document delivery and pick-up through photographs and other operational records to record the identification, location, and apparent condition of the equipment.
When equipment is delivered to a point previously authorized by the Client, Strollerfy will notify the Client of its availability in accordance with the reservation instructions. A lack of response alone does not replace a record of delivery.
Second delivery or pick-up attempt
If the Client’s absence, provision of an incorrect address, or failure to make the equipment available for pick-up in accordance with the confirmed instructions requires a second trip, a US$ 35 fee may be charged for the second delivery or pick-up attempt.
This fee will not apply when the additional trip results from an error by Strollerfy.
Return outside the service area or agreed location
The Client must make the equipment and accessories available at the confirmed return location and on the confirmed return date. A change to the return location requires Strollerfy’s authorization.
If the Client takes the equipment outside the service area, the Client remains responsible for arranging its return to the agreed location within the contracted period. Any return through a carrier or third party must be coordinated with Strollerfy in advance.
Transportation costs resulting from a location change requested by the Client are the Client’s responsibility, in accordance with a previously accepted quote or a fee expressly stated in this Agreement. If Strollerfy agrees to carry out an extraordinary pick-up outside the service area, a US$ 150 fee will apply and will be disclosed to the Client before the service is confirmed. This service is subject to availability and Strollerfy’s express approval.
Safety at service locations
Strollerfy may decline to enter a location, suspend, or reschedule a delivery or pick-up when there is a specific risk to the safety of people or equipment, an access restriction, or sanitary conditions incompatible with performing the service.
In these situations, Strollerfy will communicate the reason and seek to coordinate an alternative location or procedure with the Client. If the service cannot be performed, the applicable cancellation and refund terms will apply.
Custody and care during the rental
The Client must keep the equipment in their custody and take reasonable care to prevent loss, theft, robbery, damage, or unauthorized access.
When not in use, the equipment must be kept in a secure place and protected from the elements, in accordance with the manufacturer’s and Strollerfy’s instructions.
Delivery or return at the front desk or bell services, when expressly authorized by Strollerfy, will follow the reservation instructions. This authorization does not automatically extend to using those locations for daily storage during the rental.
Leaving equipment somewhere other than the authorized location does not, by itself, constitute a valid return. If there are signs of abandonment or a risk of loss or damage, Strollerfy may coordinate its recovery, taking into account the circumstances and the terms of this Agreement.
The terms of optional theft protection are addressed in the specific section.
Defect, damage, or malfunction during use
The Client must stop using the equipment and immediately notify Strollerfy of any breakage, defect, or malfunction that could compromise its safety or use.
To allow an assessment, the Client must describe the problem and, when possible and safe, provide photographs or videos and identify the equipment’s location. Inability to provide images does not prevent the incident from being reported.
The Client must not carry out repairs, modifications, or disassembly beyond the normal operations specified by the manufacturer, unless expressly instructed by Strollerfy.
Strollerfy will assess the report and coordinate the appropriate measures, which may include instructions, inspection, pick-up, or replacement, depending on the nature of the problem and availability. Any charges or refunds will be governed by the relevant terms of this Agreement.
Intended use and equipment limits
The Client must use each item of equipment exclusively for its manufacturer-designated purpose, following operating instructions and the weight, height, age, and capacity limits applicable to the rented model.
For strollers with more than one seat, the individual limits for each seat and all other manufacturer-specified limits must be observed. Unused capacity in one seat does not permit exceeding another seat’s limit.
Adults must not sit in seats intended for children or use the equipment to support their body weight. Carrying occupants beyond the specified capacity, placing loads on parts not intended for that purpose, or making modifications that compromise the structure or stability is also prohibited.
The Client must use the restraints and safety devices in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and maintain appropriate supervision of children.
Breach and termination of the rental
If there is evidence of misuse, a material breach of this Agreement, or a safety risk, Strollerfy may require the Client to stop using the equipment and terminate the rental, notifying the Client of the reason and the return instructions.
The Client must cooperate with the return or pick-up of the equipment and accessories. Assessment of amounts due, damage, and any refunds will follow the specific provisions of this Agreement and applicable law.
Exchanges due to rain or cleaning needs
Exchanges requested because of exposure to rain, vomit, diaper leaks, or other bodily fluids are subject to equipment availability and may incur a US$ 50 fee per exchange, disclosed before confirmation.
This fee covers the exchange service. Any damage requiring repair or replacement will be assessed separately under the damage section, without duplicate charges for the same service or loss.
Returning Equipment
Disney-owned resorts — in-person meeting
The Client is responsible for being available at the confirmed time and meeting point for equipment pick-up.
At Disney-owned resorts, the return must take place in person between the Client and a Strollerfy representative, in accordance with the property’s rules. The Client must not leave equipment at the front desk, with bell services, or elsewhere as a substitute for the in-person meeting, unless expressly instructed by Strollerfy in a manner consistent with the property’s rules.
Leaving equipment at an unauthorized location does not complete the return. The Client must notify Strollerfy immediately and cooperate to make pick-up possible.
If the Client cannot attend, the Client must contact Strollerfy before the scheduled time to request an alternative. Rescheduling is subject to operational availability. A change of location or time is valid only after confirmation by Strollerfy.
When the Client’s absence or failure to follow the confirmed instructions requires a second trip, a US$ 35 fee may be charged for the second pick-up attempt, as provided in the “Delivery, Possession & Use” section.
Non-Disney resorts or hotels
The Client must make all equipment and accessories available at the property, on the date and at the time or within the pick-up window specified in the reservation confirmation.
When authorized by Strollerfy’s instructions and permitted by the property, equipment must be handed to the designated front desk or bell services. The Client must inform the employee that Strollerfy will collect the equipment and keep it identified with the reservation details.
Equipment must not be left in the guest room after check-out or in hallways, parking areas, or other unauthorized locations.
If the property will not accept the equipment, the Client must notify Strollerfy immediately to arrange another procedure. Leaving the equipment somewhere other than the authorized location does not replace this notification.
When failure to make the equipment available as instructed requires a second trip, a US$ 35 fee may apply for the second pick-up attempt.
Vacation homes and other authorized addresses
For returns at vacation homes or other addresses served, the Client must follow the specific reservation instructions, including any requirement for a responsible person to be present.
The Client must ensure access to the agreed location and provide advance notice of any gate, community, or entry restrictions. Equipment must not be left in exposed or unsecured areas, except under a procedure expressly authorized by Strollerfy.
The applicable pick-up times or windows are those confirmed for the reservation.
Early return
The Client must notify Strollerfy of any intention to return equipment before the contracted date or time and wait for confirmation of the applicable instructions.
An early return does not automatically change the pick-up schedule or authorize leaving equipment somewhere other than the agreed location. Any refund for unused time will be governed by the cancellation and refund section of this Agreement.
The terms of optional theft protection, when purchased, are those set out in the relevant section.
Rental extensions
The Client must request an extension before the scheduled return time, using the reservation modification system made available by Strollerfy.
The system will display the new reservation total and the difference payable. The Client must complete payment of that difference online to make the change effective, subject to the availability shown by the system.
Simply checking prices or starting a modification does not confirm an extension. Until the process is completed and the modification is confirmed, the previously contracted return date and time remain valid.
Late return
If the Client cannot make the equipment available by the confirmed deadline, the Client must immediately notify Strollerfy and request a reservation modification through the online system, paying the difference shown.
The ability to make a change is subject to availability. If an extension cannot be completed through the system, the Client must contact Strollerfy to coordinate the return.
When the equipment’s unavailability at the agreed time requires a second trip, a US$ 35 fee may apply for the second pick-up attempt.
A later pick-up for Strollerfy’s convenience or because of a delay by Strollerfy will not be treated as a late return by the Client when the equipment was properly made available at the agreed location and within the agreed time.
Equipment exchange for size, transportation, or preference
After receiving the equipment, the Client may request an exchange for another model for reasons of size, ease of transportation, or personal preference. Fulfillment is subject to availability and confirmation by Strollerfy.
A US$ 50 exchange fee will be charged to cover delivery and cleaning of the used equipment, plus any additional rental price payable for the replacement model.
If the selected model has the same or a lower rental price than the originally rented model, only the US$ 50 fee will be charged, with no refund of any difference for a lower-priced model.
The terms and total amount will be presented for the Client’s acceptance before confirmation. A request or acceptance of the amounts alone does not confirm equipment availability or the exchange time.
This fee applies to preference-based exchanges after delivery. Model changes before delivery will be assessed separately. Problems resulting from a defect or malfunction will follow the specific procedure provided in this Agreement.
Damage to or Loss of Equipment
Custody, care, and return
The Client must take care of the equipment and accessories received and return them in the same condition as delivered, except for normal wear resulting from proper use.
While the equipment is in the Client’s custody, the Client is responsible for its use, transportation, and storage in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and the terms of this Agreement.
The liability described in this section does not include damage that existed before delivery, manufacturing defects, maintenance failures, or damage attributable to Strollerfy. Optional theft protection, when purchased, is subject to its specific terms.
Equipment not returned
If equipment is neither returned nor properly made available for pick-up within 48 hours after the end of the contracted rental period, without a confirmed extension, Strollerfy may charge its replacement value, calculated in accordance with this section.
Before making that charge, Strollerfy will check the return records and attempt to contact the Client through the channels provided in the reservation.
This provision does not apply when the Client properly made the equipment available at the agreed location and within the agreed time and pick-up did not occur for reasons attributable to Strollerfy.
If the equipment is subsequently recovered, the charge for its non-return will be refunded in full. Any damage or missing accessories will be assessed separately, without duplicate charges for the same loss.
Missing parts and accessories
The Client is responsible for the replacement cost of parts and accessories actually delivered and not returned, including those provided free of charge.
These items may include harnesses and safety components, organizers, rain covers, cooler bags, glider boards, adapters, and other accessories identified in the reservation or delivery records.
The charge will be limited to the missing items and calculated based on their respective replacement costs.
Damage, loss, theft, robbery, or destruction
The Client is responsible for repair or replacement costs resulting from loss, theft, robbery, destruction, or damage occurring while the equipment is in the Client’s custody, subject to the exclusions and optional protection provided in this Agreement.
The assessment will consider delivery and pick-up records, the Client’s account, the conditions observed by the team, and other available evidence.
An inspection may be performed during pick-up and supplemented after the equipment is returned to Strollerfy. Identified damage may be documented through photographs, videos, and written records.
Repair and replacement criteria
When repair is technically appropriate and economically justified, the charge will reflect the reasonable cost of performing it.
When a part or assembly, such as the stroller frame, needs to be replaced, the charge will reflect replacement of that component. Replacement of the entire item of equipment will be considered when repair or component replacement is not feasible or sufficient to restore safe use.
Amounts will be based on manufacturer or supplier prices, estimates, invoices, or other verifiable records. For complete replacement, the model, features, prior condition, and availability of equivalent equipment will be considered.
The calculation may include taxes, shipping, and labor actually necessary for repair or replacement, provided they are itemized and documented. Components or services already included in the amount presented will not be charged twice.
Charge authorization and notification
Upon the payment method holder’s express acceptance of these terms, Strollerfy is authorized to charge the payment method used for the reservation for the events covered by this section, subject to applicable payment processor and card network requirements.
Charges may be made during pick-up or after inspection when there is sufficient evidence to establish responsibility and determine the amount according to this Agreement’s criteria. For non-return, the specific 48-hour period will apply.
Strollerfy will send the Client a written notice describing the incident, the amount, and its breakdown, together with the relevant available records. Any prior notice or additional authorization requirements applicable to the transaction will be observed.
Review and refund
The Client may request a review of a charge and provide explanations or documents through Strollerfy’s support channels.
If the review identifies an error, an excessive charge, or a lack of responsibility on the Client’s part under this Agreement, Strollerfy will arrange the corresponding adjustment or refund. This process does not limit the Client’s rights with their financial institution or under applicable law.
Incident reporting and theft protection
The Client must immediately notify Strollerfy of any loss, theft, robbery, damage, or destruction, provide the equipment’s location, and cooperate with locating, assessing, or recovering it.
The purchase or refusal of optional theft protection will be recorded in the reservation. Its scope, requirements, and exclusions are set out in the specific section of this Agreement.
Optional Theft and Robbery Protection — Terms and Exclusions
Nature and scope of protection
Optional theft and robbery protection is offered directly by Strollerfy. When the conditions in this section are met, Strollerfy will waive the Client’s obligation to pay the replacement value of protected equipment taken by third parties during the protection period, with or without violence.
The protection does not cover damage, breakage, destruction, or cleaning needs.
Purchase and purpose
The Client may purchase optional theft and robbery protection during the reservation process or, when made available by Strollerfy, before receiving the equipment. Purchase requires payment of the stated amount and recording of the protection in the reservation.
Protection cannot be purchased after receipt of the equipment or applied to incidents occurring before purchase.
Purchase is optional. Acceptance or refusal and the equipment covered will be identified in the reservation.
Equipment and people covered
Protection applies exclusively to equipment identified as protected in the reservation. It does not cover personal belongings, third-party equipment, or separate accessories that have not been expressly included.
Protection is tied to the reservation and cannot be transferred to another rental or to people outside the Client’s group. Use by another responsible adult within the Client’s group does not invalidate the protection, provided the custody and use requirements in this Agreement are followed.
Protection period
Protection begins when the equipment is received and ends upon return in accordance with Strollerfy’s instructions or at the end of the contracted period, whichever occurs first.
Extensions require confirmation in the system and payment of the amounts presented, including any additional amount for protection.
If the Client properly makes the equipment available for pick-up at the confirmed location and within the confirmed time, any delay by Strollerfy will not adversely affect the protection or shift responsibility for that delay to the Client.
Care during the rental
The Client must take reasonable care to protect the equipment and follow custody, delivery, and return instructions.
While visiting parks or other establishments, using designated stroller parking areas in accordance with the establishment’s rules will not, by itself, be considered abandonment. The Client must keep the equipment’s identification in place and check that the equipment is present when returning.
When not in use, the equipment must be stored in a secure place. If it is kept in a vehicle, the vehicle must be closed and locked.
Handing equipment to the front desk or bell services, when expressly authorized in Strollerfy’s instructions, will not be considered an improper transfer of possession or abandonment.
Reporting an incident
If the Client cannot find the equipment where it was left, the Client must consult park staff and check nearby areas, as employees may move strollers to organize parking areas.
The mere relocation of equipment by the establishment’s staff does not constitute theft or robbery.
If the equipment remains missing, the Client must follow the incident reporting and documentation procedure. The Client does not need to wait for the search to end before notifying Strollerfy.
If theft or robbery is still suspected, the Client must:
- Notify Strollerfy immediately and, whenever possible, within two hours after discovery, using one of the written support channels specified in the reservation.
- Notify security at the park or resort where the incident occurred and request an incident report.
- If the incident occurs outside those establishments, or if their security staff cannot provide a report, notify the local police and request an incident number or report.
- Provide the reservation number, the equipment involved, the location, the approximate time, and the known circumstances.
- Forward the report or reference number to Strollerfy as soon as it is made available by the authority or establishment.
The reporting period does not require a document issued by a third party to be ready within two hours. Obstacles arising from emergencies, safety risks, or unavailability of the communication channels must be reported as soon as possible and will be considered during the review.
Exclusions
The protection does not cover:
- Damage, breakage, deformation, wear, destruction, or malfunction, including accidental damage.
- Loss through forgetfulness, abandonment, or handing equipment to an unauthorized person or location.
- Non-return without evidence supporting an occurrence of theft or robbery.
- Disappearance resulting from leaving equipment in an open vehicle or an obviously unsafe location, contrary to custody instructions.
- Personal belongings, third-party equipment, or accessories not included in the protection.
- Incidents occurring before purchase or after the protection ends.
- Fraud, fabricated incidents, or intentional omission of information relevant to the review.
Protection does not waive the obligations relating to damage set out in the “Damage to or Loss of Equipment” section.
Cooperation and review
The Client must cooperate with verification of the incident and any efforts to locate or recover the equipment, providing truthful information and available records.
Strollerfy will review the circumstances, the documents submitted, and compliance with this section. If protection is denied, the Client will be informed of the reason and the contractual condition applied and may provide explanations for review.
Provision of another item of equipment
Protection waives the replacement cost of equipment covered by an accepted incident. It does not automatically include delivery of another item of equipment, a rental refund, or reimbursement of personal expenses.
If the Client wants another item of equipment, a new reservation must be made, subject to availability and the prices presented by Strollerfy.
Rain, vomit, and cleaning needs
Theft and robbery protection does not cover exchanges due to rain, vomit, diaper leaks, or other bodily fluids.
These exchanges will follow the rule already set out in this Agreement, with a US$ 50 fee per exchange, subject to availability and confirmation. Any damage will be assessed under the relevant section, without duplicate charges.
Cancellation & Refunds
The Client may request cancellation through the online system, when that option is available, or through the written support channels specified by Strollerfy.
Advance notice will be calculated using the date and time the request is received in relation to the delivery time confirmed in the reservation, based on local Orlando time.
Cancellation at least 24 hours in advance
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours in advance qualify for a full refund of the amounts paid for the canceled reservation.
Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance
For cancellations requested less than 24 hours in advance but before the rental begins, 50% of the total amount paid for the canceled reservation will be retained. The remaining 50% will be refunded to the Client.
Cancellation after the rental begins and early return
Once the rental period has begun, no refund will be given for the Client’s decision not to proceed, non-use of the equipment, or early return.
Early returns must be reported to Strollerfy and completed in accordance with the pick-up instructions, without credit or refund for unused days or hours.
These rules address Client-initiated cancellations and do not exclude refunds provided elsewhere in this Agreement for failures attributable to Strollerfy or refunds required by applicable law.
Refund method
Refunds will be processed through the payment method used for the booking. The time for the credit to become available will depend on processing by the responsible financial institution.
If a refund through the original payment method cannot be completed, Strollerfy will coordinate an alternative permitted by the payment processor with the Client, first checking the transaction’s status to avoid duplication.
Strollerfy will send the Client confirmation of the cancellation and information about the refund or amount retained.
Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
By accepting this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that using the equipment requires care, supervision, and compliance with the manufacturer’s and Strollerfy’s instructions. The Client assumes the risks inherent in proper use of the equipment that cannot be eliminated through reasonable care.
The Client is responsible for the use, operation, and supervision of the equipment during the rental and for communicating safety instructions to other adults who use it. Children must remain under the supervision of a responsible adult, with restraints used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The weight, height, capacity, and intended-use limits of each item of equipment must be observed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, AMERICA STARTUPS LLC, doing business as Strollerfy, and its owners, employees, and representatives will not be liable for accidents, injury, death, loss, or damage to the extent resulting from:
- Misuse, overloading, or failure to follow safety instructions.
- Lack of supervision or improper use of restraints.
- Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs.
- Improper transportation or storage.
- Continued use after damage or an unsafe condition has been identified.
- Acts of third parties or external conditions not attributable to Strollerfy.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Client, on their own behalf, assumes the inherent risks described in this section and waives their own claims against Strollerfy and the persons identified above for harm arising from those risks, provided those parties have exercised the reasonable care required.
Strollerfy does not warrant the suitability of the equipment for purposes other than those specified by the manufacturer or expressly agreed to in the reservation. Strollerfy’s express commitments under this Agreement and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.
This section does not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be waived. Nor does it constitute an automatic waiver of the rights of children or third parties who have not validly consented.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.

A single message may be sent to confirm the opt-out, without promotional content. Once the request has been processed, messages covered by the opt-out will stop.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel the reservation or change its schedule or other agreed terms. Communications necessary for the rental may continue through another appropriate channel.
To resume receiving SMS messages, the Client must provide new authorization.
3. Support
For help with the SMS service, the Client may use the official support channels available on Strollerfy’s website.
