Delivery and Pickup
Free delivery and pickup.
Our time is 8am-5pm. We have a special delivery or special pickup 6:30am-7:30am for $35 if you need. Request a special time by email after finalizing your reservation info@strollerfy.com
Delivery and pick up may be at different addresses. We can deliver to a hotel or vacation home and pick up at another hotel or vacation home address.
We dont delivery or pickup at Parks, Airport or Disney Springs.
Disney resorts: Art of Animation, Pop Century, Caribbean Beach, Riviera, Old Key West, Saratoga, Port Orleans French Quarter, Port Orleand Riverside, Fort Wilderness, Wilderness Lodge, Contemporary, Bay Lake, Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Beach Club, Boardwalk, Yatch Club, All-Star Movies, All-Star Music, All-Star Sports.
At Disney resorts face-to-face is required, Disney rules. We will meet you in the outside lobby at the time scheduled in your booking.
Disney hotels: Dolphin, Swan, Swan Reserve, Shades of Green
At Disney hotels no needs face-to-face. You should pick up your stroller at bell services when you arrive at your hotel. When you leave the hotel you should leave it at the same spot where you got it.
Universal Hotels
At Universal Hotels no needs face-to-face. You should pick up your stroller at bell services when you arrive at your hotel. When you leave the hotel you should leave it at the same spot where you got it.

Other hotels no needs face-to-face. You should pick up your stroller at bell services when you arrive at your hotel. When you leave the hotel you should leave it at the same spot where you got it.
Vacation Home (AirBNB/Vrbo)
At Vacation Home (AirBNB/Vrbo) no needs face-to-face. We can delivery at front door. When you leave the house, you can leave it at front door as well.
